If your order is damaged or stolen within 5 business days of receiving your package, please report it.

If you would like to request a return, please complete the return form linked below. We will respond to your return request within 1-3 business days.

You can request a return shipping label from us, which will be deducted from your refund, or you can arrange return shipping yourself. Please refer to the return form for more details.

Shipping costs for the original order will not be refunded.

If the returned item is used or damaged upon return, a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
